Since more than 20 years Deutsche Tinnitus-Liga e. V. (DTL) invites every year experts such as ENT specialists, psychotherapists, hearing aid specialists and other specialists working in tinnitus clinics and practices as well as experts working in teams for Tinnitus Retraining Therapy. At this next meeting lectures and workshops about topics such as hearing aids for people suffering from tinnitus, resilience, hypnotherapy, sound/music therapy, and cochlear implants will be held. Also the exchange of ideas and the discussion about new treatments and current medical research is very important at this conference.
Event Tinnitus Week by tinnitus self-help group Hannover

The tinnitus self-help group Hannover invites people suffering from tinnitus and other hearing impairments to an exchange of experiences about the subjects tinnitus, Ménière's disease, hyperacusis, hardness of hearing, and hearing aids. The visitors have the opportunity to inform themselves about these topics, ask questions and learn how to cope with their problems. Also they can receive information about the self-help group Hannover and about the Deutsche Tinnitus-Liga e. V. (DTL).
Event Tinnitus Week by tinnitus self-help group Kulmbach

The tinnitus self-help group Kulmbach invites people suffering from tinnitus and their relatives to a special meeting. At this event various lectures will be held, and visitors have the opportunity to inform themselves about tinnitus, the self-help group Kulmbach and about how Deutsche Tinnitus-Liga e. V. supports people suffering from tinnitus and other hearing impairments.
As a non-profit self-help organization, the Deutsche Tinnitus-Liga e. V. (DTL) represents the interests of patients, including their relatives, suffering from tinnitus, sudden hearing loss, hyperacusis, and Ménière's disease.
With its approx.12 000 members, DTL is Europe's largest tinnitus association and an acknowledged partner of the health care sector. More than 800 experts are supporting members, among them renowned scientists, ENT physicians, hearing-aid acousticians, psychologists and therapists making their knowledge and expertise available for the benefit of the members.
In addition, some 90 self-help groups in Germany are given support and guidance by the DTL founded in Wuppertal in 1986.

(DTL) offers competent, independent support and comprehensive services to members: individual expert counselling on personal, therapeutic or socio-legal questions (telephone consulting hours of physicians, psychologists and lawyers), assistance in choosing a therapy incl. addresses of doctors, therapists and tinnitus clinics; concrete tips on how to lead an active and self-determined life; up-to-date information on all important issues and new therapies, special info for members, brochures and events; exchange of experiences with fellow sufferers in self-help groups or with a telephone partner; seminars for DTL volunteers and group spokespersons.
Our Magazine Tinnitus-Forum
In our quarterly members' magazine Tinnitus-Forum we publish up-to-date information on all important issues and new therapies regarding tinnitus, sudden hearing loss, hyperacusis, and Ménière's disease. The articles are written by renowned scientists, ENT physicians, hearing-aid acousticians, psychologists and therapists, and directed to people suffering from tinnitus as well as experts. Our magazine was established in 1987, includes 92 pages each edition and is read by approx. 42 000 people.
